One on One Training
This type of training provides individualized detailed fitness instruction customized to meet you specific needs. Each session will challenge you and progress you toward your goals. You will receive a free fitness evaluation before you ever do a workout and every 4 weeks following the beginning of your training program. Whether your goal is to loss weight, slim and tone, gain muscle mass or just workout for LIFE, D-Mensions Fitness can customize a One on One training program just for you.
Partner Training (2 people)
If you are interested in getting into better shape and enjoy having a friend, husband or wife to work out with, then partner training is what you have been looking for. D-Mensions Fitness will design a custom program that will meet both of your needs and propel you toward you fitness goals. There is nothing like having a partner to work out with and keep you accountable for living a fit life. Group Training (3-5 people)
