How are the bootcamp workouts structured?

D-Mensions boot camps are structured to create a fun yet intense team atmosphere that is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.  We do this through playing cards (that's right), rolling dice (really!!), team relays, group circuit training and much more.

Other activities include:

Running, jumping, twisting, pulling, pushing, pressing, lunging, squatting, punching, kicking, stepping, hopping, bending, thrusting, crunching, stretching and any other ideas that you would like to add to the arsenol.

All you need is your body, some dumbbells, exercise mat and plenty of water to come and get in the best shape of your life.  We will show you how to do it!
